Real-time Web Support

For the fastest resolution to technical issues in the field, we offer web-based support sessions via your choice of Webex, AnyDesk or Teams. With your consent we can connect to your Cambustion instrument for a speedy diagnosis. Please contact Cambustion support.

Spare Parts

Cambustion hold a large stock of consumables and other spares ready for dispatch. This stock allows us to dispatch most urgent spare parts orders within 24 hours. Parts are shipped on an express airfreight service.

We aim to respond to (and where possible, resolve) technical questions within 24 hours.

Do not send equipment without prior agreement with Cambustion to ensure that equipment can be returned in a timely manner.

Send goods on a “Delivered at Place” (DAP) "door to door” service (to ensure that Cambustion are contacted for customs clearance instructions to avoid unnecessary taxes and duties coming into the UK and that the goods are delivered to Cambustion, not simply to a London UK airport)

Cambustion are able to import goods into the UK temporarily for service and then re-export, without incurring customs duties.

To allow this, please download an editable Microsoft Word form to help you in preparing a customs invoice when shipping internationally. A copy of this invoice should be included in the shipping documents on the outside of the box for customs- you are advised to retain a copy in case of questions.
