Cambustion at World Filtration Congress 2025, Bordeaux
This week we're in Bordeaux (and braving the southern Europe heatwave!) for the 14th World Filtration Congress. Note down stand 62 as well as Place de la Bourse for your sightseeing list, and talk to Yixin Zou at our booth about our instruments for conditioning, classifying and counting particles for gas filtration applications.
Yixin will also present a poster on our new fast response 5 nm - 10 micrometre CPC 5210, including its use characterising particle capture in a wide variety of air filter media, from grades in ISO 29463 and EN 1822 to ISO 16890.
Later in the week, she will be joined by Simon Payne who will chair the Material & Sensor session on Thursday afternoon. In this session he'll present on how to classify aerosol particles by size to achieve the highest accuracy for filtration efficiency curves. The study highlights how use of the Aerodynamic Aerosol Classifier simplifies the test setup and analysis for high efficiency air filter media, including aspects of particle charge and conditioning.
